The amount of smiles we are getting from both boys has dramatically increased again in the past few days. They are very happy little guys. Sometimes when they are eating, they will stop, and give a huge smile, while the bottle is still in their mouth. I really like it when I can make them smile, it makes me smile, which makes them smile again. And they get really big smiles when I tell Bowser "no."
On Saturday, my parents came up to babysit while Galen and I worked. I hope they were well behaved, we were told they were. I was only at work for six hours, but I missed them a ton. I'm really dreading going back to work in September, it will be tough. But, I think it will help knowing that Galen is home with them instead of having them in daycare.
Tomorrow the boys have their three month pictures, a week earlier than the three month mark. It's crazy how fast the time has gone since they were born. We went over to our friend's house on Sunday to see their week old little girl. She weighs two pounds more than Logan did when he was born and it just didn't seem real that he was that small. Four pounds and twelve ounces is so tiny and light. But gosh, they were (and still are) so adorable.
As much as I miss them being tiny, I'm excited for them to keep growing. It's very bittersweet. Each day brings new things that they do and a new level of fun. I'm excited to watch them achieve more milestones like rolling over and crawling. And Logan sleeping longer at night. I'm a little nervous about the walking and running stage, I feel like they are only going to go opposite directions. And I get excited thinking about their first holidays, don't judge but I've already bought all of their Christmas presents.
