In January we will be taking Logan to see a specialist. Chances are that he won't need a helmet and that this will straighten out since he spends the majority of the day sitting up, doing tummy time or playing in his exersaucer. But there is a slight chance that he could need a helmet. My hope is that if he needs a helmet, it's for a short time since we are catching this relatively early. His doctor said kids who get helmets before they are one spend a lot less time in them than those who receive them after age one.
This is Logan at two months old, you can see that the top of his head is slanted and mishapped.
And this is Logan at six months, the top of his head is perfect but the back is still a little funny.
