Halloween Festivities

Last Saturday (the 20th) we brought Gavin and Logan to Boo at the Zoo. My parents were even able to come up for the day and join us. We dressed Gavin and Logan in their skeleton costumes and we strolled around the zoo collecting candy and looking at the animals. They were very interested in the monkeys and the animals in the nocternal exhibit. I think that they had a really good time but next year they will enjoy it even more.

We also carved pumpkins, which they didn't care for. They didn't want to stick their hands in the pumpkins and weren't interested in watching Galen carve them. Logan kept getting mad because he couldn't lift his pumpkin and carry it around. Their new favorite activity is to lift the tops off the pumpkins and put them back on. Wednesday we are going to try a little trick or treating, just to relatives and close friends houses.
